Responsibilities
Work with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000 as a trusted advisor responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Security services.
Help stabilize developed solution areas and ensure customer satisfaction in diverse client environments.
Provide expertise in Exchange server architecture, troubleshooting, and implementation of services such as High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Messaging Policies, Compliance, and more.
Assess Exchange Servers, conduct health checks, and provide best practice recommendations to support customers on their operations in Exchange environments.
Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize on-premises environments, including Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Demonstrate technical expertise, strong communication skills, and contribute actively to peer groups and customer account teams.
Enhance the company's image and reputation through credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery as a Microsoft representative.

Required
Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management
At least five or more project experience
Proven subject matter expertise in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management
Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
PowerShell\Scripting experience
Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016 and Exchange Online
Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016 and Exchange Online
Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on prem and cloud
Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management
Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
Deep understanding in SMTP
Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture 2008\2016
Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting
Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing the company's image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery
Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills
Enjoy team work, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams
Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground
Experience in the enterprise customer arena
Face-to-face customer engagement skills
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
Degree qualification or equivalent experience
Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
