Responsibilities
Provide general, executive-level administrative support and assistance.
Note-taking, preparing, drafting emails, and organizing and maintaining the CEO's calendar.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external communication and meetings.
Prepare correspondence, reports with research-based references, and other documents as needed.
Manage calendars, prioritize inquiries and requests, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Plan and prepare for meetings, coordinating resources to ensure all logistics are in place.

Required
Advanced skill set in communication, computer, social media management, and podcasts.
Advanced research skills, program development expertise, high-quality technical professional writing background.
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance.
Ability to create and maintain reports; data analysis/data processing outcome reports.
Highly organized with excellent Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience in working independently and as part of a team.
Master's degree in business administration, Communication, English, Journalism, Law, or related field.
Knowledge in the Mental Health Care industry and familiarity with community Mental Health clinic settings is a plus.
Research skills, program development expertise, technical professional writing background
Excellent computer skills including website, blog development, and maintenance of newsletter, promotional materials, brochures and flyers
Ability to type drafts of articles with excellent proofreading for review and approval
Candidate must be able to conduct survey and research as assigned.
Conduct research, evaluation, and monitoring of various data.
Minimum two (2) years in a position with similar responsibilities, a masters level or higher degree in English, Journalism, Law or related subject, proficiency with publishing software and strong computer skills.
Applicant must have a "can do" attitude, be detail oriented with excellent organization skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
