Responsibilities

Provide confidential administrative and clerical support.

Manage the Executive’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.

Compose routine correspondence and handle executive’s mail.

Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Conduct research and compile data for projects.

Maintain official documents and records.

Respond to inquiries and handle call screening.

Coordinate and transcribe meeting minutes.

High School diploma or GED required

3 years with Microsoft Office Suite

5 years office/clerical experience

Professional and diplomatic interaction with all staff levels

Preferred

Associate degree

0-2 years Executive Assistant experience preferred
