Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Executive Administration
Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
Maintain the Executive Administration calendars
Coordinate meetings
Prepare meeting minutes
Arrange large functions/retreats
Develop travel itineraries
Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports, graphs and presentations
Screen visitors and telephone calls
Respond to inquiries about hospital policies and procedures
Relay confidential information and maintain confidential files

Required
Associates Degree in Business preferred.
Multitasking with the ability to communicate both orally and in written form
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Previous Administrative experience required.
Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
High degree of flexibility and extremely detailed oriented is required.
Preferred
Previous healthcare Administrative experience preferred.
