Responsibilities
Manage calendars and arrange meetings and conferences, including schedule coordination, technology setup, meeting material preparation, and logistics.
Assist with time management to ensure timely meetings and necessary travel time.
Organize meeting materials, receive calls and visitors, screen mail, and inform on needed actions.
Manage timely submission of required information, conduct data entry, and provide administrative support.
Interact with HR and Agency personnel, receive and review important documents, and prepare communications and reports.

Required
Three (3) years of Federal Human Resource (HR) experience is preferred, at least two (2) of which must be Executive Administrative experience supporting a Senior Manager or Executive.
A college degree may be substituted for one (1) year of non-specialized experience.
Proven administrative skills and experience working with automated systems is preferred.
Proficient communication and administrative skills to perform executive support and office management duties.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to independently juggle multiple activities coming from a variety of people, working with leadership to get input in prioritization but keeping everything moving forward without requiring significant direction.
Must have strong attention to detail and great flexibility in responding to changing priorities.
Must have the highest standards of customer service and be able to maintain a professional working relationship with all members of the office.
Skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint must be high.
Preferred
Experience maintaining office supply inventory is preferred.
Knowledge of Federal HR terminology, operations, procedures, and requirements is preferred.
