Responsibilities
Screen calls to the corporate office and direct calls appropriately
Write and edit emails and prepare other communications
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
Discuss the executive’s schedule with other assistants and other parties
Book travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Provide backup administrative support for others as needed
Troubleshoot office technical devices or contact IT about major issues
Order supplies, maintaining an organized and clean corporate office
Run errands and complete other tasks and projects as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of administrative experience
Able to type 60-90 wpm minimum
Strong computer and internet research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized with keen attention to detail
Able to handle matters with discretion
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe
