Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including management of executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls, make detailed travel arrangements, process executives’ expense reports

Coordinate meetings/travel as needed

Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software. May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed

Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. Leads event planning efforts as directed. This includes meetings, networking events, annual company-wide or regional meetings

Professional communication verbal or email. Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc

Maintain/update org charts

Other duties as assigned

Minimal travel is to be expected in this role

Required

At least 2 years of related executive assistant experience

Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite
