Required
Strong experience in executive administrative assistance and providing executive support
Proficiency in handling expense reports and managing financial documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in administrative assistance
Ability to work independently and remotely
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Knowledge of the real estate industry
