Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior management personnel.
Coordinate the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule changes.
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow-up on action items, as necessary.
Coordinate and book all travel arrangements.
Complete expense reports and submit invoices for payment via Concur.
Prepare meeting presentations or other materials as needed.
Provide support for general project management and activities.

Required
5+ years of Executive Administrative Assistant or Office Manager experience
Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality is imperative
Highly motivated, resourceful individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Possess solid organizational and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy
High level of proficiency in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred
Associate’s degree preferred
