Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel logistics, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and manage executive office administration tasks.
Expense Management: Process expenses and manage financial tasks for the Senior Partner.
Discretion: Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive matters and working with high-profile individuals.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as needed to support the Senior Partner's activities.
Personal Assistance: Provide occasional personal support to the Senior Partner.

Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
