Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, assist with document preparation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, conduct research to support decision-making processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
