Responsibilities
Maintain professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Provide executive administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
Screen phone calls and emails, draft responses, and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
Create and maintain databases, assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures, and support in preparing for meetings.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and retreats, and perform other assigned duties.

Required
A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university plus a minimum of five (5) years’ related experience in an executive assistant role or an equivalent level of experience and education.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Bluebeam knowledge.
Superb written, visual and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly summarize information required.
