Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and provide general calendaring support to the rest of the Executive Team.
Support meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and follow-up communication.
Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and reconciliations for the Executive Team.
Ensure clear communications across the Executive Team and the organization.
Create professional materials for distribution to the Board of Directors.
Manage confidential information and work on special projects with the Executive Team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of professional experience as a scheduler, assistant, or similar role supporting executives.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Superior time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use or create systems to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; eager to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
A positive and problem-solving attitude.
Passion for the mission and values of the organization.
