Responsibilities
Schedules all appointments and meetings for Administration, maintains calendars, and prepares monthly education/meeting calendars.
Screens incoming telephone calls, types correspondence and reports, attends and records minutes for meetings, and prepares check requests.
Copies and distributes materials, makes sound decisions, resolves problems, and performs additional duties as needed.
Participates in group projects and staff meetings, maintains confidentiality, processes feedback, and ensures professional interactions.
Maintains current hospital licensure and contracts, brings errors and inefficiencies to management's attention, and develops solutions to problems.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Executive Level Administrative Experience
Proficiency in Personal computer use including Microsoft Office
