Responsibilities
Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects.
Provide administrative support for Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Director Internal Consulting. Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements.
Use complex functions of a variety of computer applications and software packages to compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports and presentations for use at local, regional and national events.
Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy.
Screen telephone calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries.
Greet and direct visitors in a professional atmosphere. Exceptional customer service skills required.
Assist in budget preparation, enter purchase and check requisitions, and monitor expenditures.
Distribute mail and organize filing systems accurately maintaining records.

Associate’s Degree
5 years of executive assistant experience
