Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Arrange and manage logistics for internal and external meetings and events.

Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives.

Assist with project coordination and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Support executives in managing special projects and initiatives.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, and document management.

Perform various other duties as needed to support the executive team and overall office operations.
