Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Chief Operation Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Manage inbound calls, document scanning, and filing tasks.
Conduct research on behalf of executives and maintain organized e-files in necessary formats and folders.
Manage travel arrangements including flight and hotel reservations when required.
Compile reports and various paperwork as directed by executives.
Attend meetings, take notes, and organize/compile the information to distribute to the team.
Handle expenses and reimbursements.
Provide general office support and assist with administrative procedures.
Utilize skills in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Calendar Management, Correspondence, C-Suite, Microsoft Excel, Administrative Office, and e-Filing to perform job tasks effectively.

Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Strong calendar management skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings and appointments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing correspondence
Experience supporting C-Suite executives or high-level management
Understanding of administrative office procedures and systems
Familiarity with managing inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
Experience with document scanning and electronic filing (e-Filing) systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
