Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage executive projects and initiatives, including follow-ups and tracking progress.

Organize internal tools to ensure centralized document and information repositories.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.

Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Provide support in the San Francisco office, handling logistics for meetings, ensuring seamless remote event setups, greeting guests, and assisting with occasional event management.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda formation, material compilation, and minute-taking.

Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
