Responsibilities
Primary contact and acts as gatekeeper for the offices of the CEO/COO demonstrating a professional demeanor and ensuring that the office runs with optimum efficiency.
Facilitate communications with outside organizations, service providers, government officials and senior level staff on behalf of Executive Offices.
Oversee travel for Executive Officers including planning, scheduling, and negotiations.
Manage highly sensitive and proprietary information, demonstrating extreme confidentiality and excellent judgement.
Ensure maintenance of filing system of both paper and electronic documents for Executive offices and Board of Directors.
Develop, review, and approve general communications from Executive Officers and Board of Directors.
Provide organizational support for the duties of Board Officers and Board Members for all required Board sessions including scheduling meetings, attending Board meetings, taking, and distributing minutes and maintaining the Board Affect system.
Provides training and guidance to other clerical staff.
Performs other duties as requested.

Required
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and/or 7 years of direct experience working as an Administrative Assistant required.
Strong ability to supervise and delegate the work of others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to think and act independently and exercise sound judgement.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Culturally competent with empathetic mindset.
Preferred
Experience and/or knowledge of healthcare
