Responsibilities
Calendar management for the COO and CFO
Assist with communications and email management
Schedule meetings and appointments
Plan and arrange travel in compliance with company policies
Support in producing daily and weekly reports
Update information in databases and other data management tasks as needed

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in M365 suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Prior experience in making and managing travel arrangements
Preferred
Previous calendar management for an executive
Some familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks, activities, and events effectively
Adaptability to changing environments while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
