Responsibilities
Calendaring: Assisting with creating meetings, moving meetings, sending invites, and making adjustments in the schedule.
Working with other assistants to find suitable times for all higher level leaders and managing conflicts on the calendar.
Event/Meeting Planning: Assisting with planning events, group meetings, offsites, and making all necessary arrangements including travel, food, presentations, etc.
Managing attendance, organizing catering orders, and setting up conference rooms for events.
Expenses: Tracking and managing all expenses, creating reports, managing receipts, and keeping track of all fees related to corporate card.
Assisting with special projects like document review, applying signatures, and PowerPoint editing.
Assisting during urgent technical issues, including calendar problems and IT communication.
Daily calendar management and expenses via OKTA/Concur.

Required
Experience in calendaring and scheduling
Event/meeting planning experience
Expense tracking and management skills
