Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include strategically managing calendars and daily / weekly agendas to ensure the four Executives are maximizing productivity. This includes the coordination and scheduling of client meetings, travel logistics, organizing and scheduling internal meetings, acting as the central point for all client presentation and meeting materials and managing special projects / reporting for the company.

Our client seeks a candidate with a true entrepreneurial spirit who will - at times - be working pretty independently. That said - this role will be heavily involved with business leaders across the entire company (100+ employees) and will require a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and good systems (PC) skills. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast paced, shifting priority environment.
