Responsibilities
Event Planning : Organize team-building activities, executive meetings, and special events, coordinating all logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Financial Reporting : Use intermediate to advanced Excel skills to prepare reports on KPIs, including NOI, Debt Service, ROI, IRR, Annual ROI, Equity Multiples, and Sensitivity Analysis.
Market Research : Conduct detailed real estate market research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Project Management : Assist with key projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and resources, providing regular updates to the executive team.
Calendar Coordination : Manage multiple executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings for smooth, efficient days.
Travel Arrangements : Book and coordinate travel plans for executives, arranging complex itineraries and accommodations.
Expense Management : Prepare and track expense reports for multiple executives, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Document Preparation : Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support executive needs.
Communication Liaison : Serve as the first point of contact, handling calls and emails professionally and with discretion.
Special Assignments : Take on ad-hoc projects as needed, bringing enthusiasm and attention to detail to each task.

Required
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, capable of preparing complex reports and conducting data analysis.
Experience in performing market research and delivering actionable insights, particularly in commercial real estate.
Enjoy planning and executing memorable events and have a keen eye for detail.
Organized and deadline-driven, managing multiple priorities and staying on top of project milestones.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
