Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing diverse, challenging, and confidential administrative and professional support services.

Handles inquiries within their authority with a strong focus on customer service, representing the executive's office.

Manages the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments with discretion and keeping them informed.

Screens visitors and phone calls.

Organizes all aspects of meetings, including notifying participants, booking rooms, arranging refreshments and technology needs, and preparing agendas and materials. Takes and prepares meeting minutes when necessary.

Conducts research, organizes, and analyzes company-wide information and data for special projects and reports for the Executive team.

Coordinates travel plans.
