Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. The audience of regular correspondence will include executive management, regulators, auditors, and examiners.
Experience in branch automation, loan documentation, credit administration, and compliance.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
Interact with external clients.
Coordinate project-based work.
Must be exceptionally detail-oriented.
Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC).
Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential.

Required
Minimum of five (5) years of Executive Assistant experience, experience directly supporting the executive level preferred
Ability to work in an office setting required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Professional customer service skills, organizational skills, and self-motivation are also required
Professional telephone skills and business etiquette are critical in the position
Must be a team-oriented and willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as needed
Skilled in the use of a PC and various software
Commitment to exceed customer service expectations
Ability to resolve customer service issues such that Bank and customer needs are met
