Responsibilities

Learning and understanding how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Learning Key’s policies and procedures in relation to Workday Expenses, Workday Time, Workday Procurement, Workday HR, CWT/Concur, IDM/ServiceNow requests, and facilities/maintenance requests.
Asking appropriate questions to gain understanding to utilize all technology platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to utilize all technology platforms including Workday Expenses, Workday Time, Workday Procurement, Workday HR, CWT/Concur, IDM/ServiceNow requests, and facilities/maintenance requests
Knows Key’s policies and procedures in relation to expenses, Time, Supply Ordering, Travel, IDM/ServiceNow
Guides and enforces Key’s policies within their respective team
Understands the urgency surrounding travel and making sure we are booking 14 days in advance where possible
Prioritizes staff’s data tool needs in IDM/ServiceNow and makes sure everyone has appropriate access including new hires
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Key’s Policies and Procedures, and all technology platforms
Guides and enforces Key’s policies within their respective team
Trusted advisor and subject matter expert for other administrative staff as well as their team to problem solve and find appropriate answers for issues that arise with the technology platforms
Can provide training for staff when needed on any of the technology platforms
Proactive in any new development with the technology platforms and looks for ways to streamline processes where it is appropriate
Facilitate Know your Customer (KYC) process including RSQ, MCA, Beneficial Ownership, Dealink
Communication – Verbal & Written

Occasionally speaks-up on issues during in-person/email conversations
Learning the team dynamic and overall structure of KBCM to communicate to the correct group/employee
Asks appropriate questions to properly provide quality work
Develops and leverages relationships with peers in product/industry groups
Keeps Segment Head/LOB team up to date on progress and timing of expenses, travel, meetings
Demonstrated ability to make contributions to drafting memos, emails etc.
Demonstrated ability to execute all formatting standards efficiently
Creates client ready materials needing minimal revision (i.e., itineraries, logistics, invitations etc.)
Good rapport and positive attitude with their team as well as the other administrative staff
Effectively and decisively communicates on assignments to limit the need for multiple interactions with segment head and/or staff
Professional liaison that facilitates information flow, using clear and fact-based communication
Anticipates deliverables for upcoming milestones and is prepared with information without being asked
Takes assignments through to completion with limited supervision or guidance
Understands drivers behind prioritizing assignments
Can balance multiple assignments while exceeding timing and quality expectations
Understands how to engage appropriate product partners without prompting
Trusted to interact, at the appropriate level, with current clients, prospects, as well as internal employees
Good rapport and positive attitude with their team as well as the other administrative staff
Demonstrates creativity in developing unique and professional presentations
Displays professionalism and expertise in written and electronic communications
