Responsibilities

Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms) Interface directly with senior leaders within the Company across multiple time zones

Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures

Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomes

Plan team off-sites and other key events throughout year

Help collection information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetings

Successfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employees This position will work closely with other

Executive Admins to execute all deliverables with excellence, including being a backup as needed

Managing hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off site

This position will be required to work an average of 3 days per week in the Washington, DC office.
