Responsibilities
Performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Providing administrative support for the US and Non-US Indirect Tax team.
Carrying out duties such as basic data entry, filing, typing, copying, scanning, and processing of tax forms and payments for mailing to relevant tax jurisdictions.

Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skill and ability to prioritize work
5+ years of administrative assistant experience
High School education
Preferred
Familiarity with US Indirect tax filings such as sales and use tax and personal property tax filings
