Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Advisors and help them grow and manage their practice

Relationship Management - work with Client Services Dept and directly with clients as needed, plan for annual meetings and new client on-boarding, action plans and follow-up, and other tasks pertaining to the client service model

Processing - run and analyze reports, special case management, and subject matter expert for money movements, estate settlements, etc.

Business Support - hold regular team meetings, trainings, and development activities to include technology tools and process improvement, participate in special projects and strategic business goals
