Responsibilities
Run a cadence for weekly executive team meetings and other strategic meetings on behalf of/with the CEO.
Support the CEO in prioritization, develop action plans, and track workstreams to ensure time and effort are focused on priority areas.
Work with the global teams to ensure the successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting organizational deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
Help the CEO run a cadence to control regular check-ins with team members, partners and customers.
Prepare agendas for meetings, review meeting notes, keep track of to-do lists/follow-ups, build timelines and status updates for projects.
Serve as a lead and manager for the projects within the organization.
Assist with research, and compiling data as directed by the CEO.

Required
At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-performing start-up environment.
Advanced organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several complex projects in tandem.
Extraordinary time management skills and makes attention to detail a priority.
Quick learner with a knack for technology, who can figure out new systems and adapt on the go.
Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction.
High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Strong computer literacy, be tech-savvy (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Suite).
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
