Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage executive scheduling for the President and CEO
Prepare and organize important strategic materials and plans
Prepare materials for Board Meetings
Work closely with the CEO as the primary point of contact
Coordinate projects, data, and critical business information
Ensure meetings and materials are efficient and effective
Maintain professionalism and discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information

Required
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work with a diverse group of individuals
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
