Responsibilities
Act as a critical partner to the CEO, managing high-level priorities and ensuring that all executive functions align with long-term strategic goals. Manage the CEO's schedule with precision, coordinating key internal and external meetings.
Oversee and drive key initiatives from conception to execution, acting as a project manager on behalf of the CEO. Lead efforts to track progress, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are aligned with the CEO’s objectives and the company’s visionary trajectory.
Collaborate with the CEO to map out and implement strategic initiatives that shape the future of TPW. Provide strategic insight, gather team input, and assist in facilitating high-impact decision-making.
Ensure the seamless flow of communication and collaboration between executive leadership and department heads. Act as the bridge to ensure initiatives are executed in line with the CEO’s vision and strategic direction.
Prepare high-level reports, executive summaries, and meeting agendas. Ensure that the CEO is always prepared with the necessary briefing materials and has clear visibility into progress across strategic projects.
Conduct research and provide insights to support key initiatives and decisions. Assist the CEO in making informed, data-driven decisions by presenting analyses of trends and emerging opportunities.
Assist the CEO in managing workflow by delegating tasks, ensuring that teams are focused on the most critical initiatives, and holding teams accountable for meeting key deadlines.
Identify and recommend process improvements, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency across the organization. Implement systems that enhance executive productivity and operational effectiveness.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO. Ensure that communication and collaboration with external partners align with TPW’s mission and goals.
Organize and manage key events, internal retreats, and product launches, ensuring they align with TPW’s elite brand identity.

Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or strategic operations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and manage cross-departmental relationships.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in managing executive-level projects and aligning them with company strategy.
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A passion for AI technology, innovation, and thriving in a startup environment.
Willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of a high-growth startup.
Preferred
Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Discord, or equivalent platforms is highly preferred.
