Responsibilities

Manage 5-10 email and Slack accounts regularly.

Notify CEO of relevant emails and messages.

Organize mailboxes and irrelevant emails.

Reply to some emails and messages and schedule meetings.

Manage and track tasks assigned to the CEO, drive tasks to completion, get ETAs, manage task priority and timeline, escalate late tasks and issues.

Be a passionate, proactive team player, a good communicator, bring a positive energy to the team, and help team members to enable others to be successful, happy, and fulfilled on the team.
