Responsibilities
Brainstorm new content ideas for Members.
Conduct research to substantiate and develop content ideas.
Participate in Member content calls to gather information and insights.
Write high-quality content, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, and potentially more.
Implement feedback from Members and the Creative team.
Oversee the production of visual assets, such as custom graphics, to accompany written content.
Manage Member content calendars to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee the content publishing process.
Review weekly content performance data to track engagement and identify trends.
Analyze data to extract insights and document findings.
Incorporate data-driven insights into content ideation and strategy.
Contribute to monthly Member performance reports.

Required
2-4 years of experience writing content focused on business, technology, entrepreneurship, and/or investing.
Demonstrated experience creating various content types (e.g., social media posts, newsletters, articles, playbooks, in-depth guides).
Proven ability to interview business/industry leaders to extract unique insights and craft compelling narratives.
Skill in making complex topics relatable and engaging for an executive audience.
Familiarity with writing for an executive audience, particularly on leadership, entrepreneurship, technology or management themes.
Experience developing thought leadership content that aligns with brand strategy.
A strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, venture capital, the tech industry, and general business principles.
Understands the challenges and topics relevant to entrepreneurs and executives in these fields.
Experience managing multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining high quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with an editorial team.
Experience with digital publishing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, newsletter CMS's).
Familiarity with analyzing content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, views, shares) to inform content strategy and optimize output.
Genuine interest in the startup world and/or investing.
Curiosity about company building, venture capital, and the broader startup ecosystem.
Preferred
A college education is preferred, but not required.
