Responsibilities

Be a creative pioneer, leading the team to craft bold campaigns that take risks, challenge norms, and reflect Noble West’s position as an agency at the cutting edge of creativity and sustainability.
Oversee the execution of high-profile creative projects, ensuring the final product is consistently aligned with the agency’s high standards while expanding the scope of creative possibilities.
Explore uncharted creative territories by integrating emerging technologies, media platforms, and innovative storytelling methods into campaigns, expanding the possibilities for how brands engage with their audiences.
Lead annual goal planning and quarterly performance growth planning for the creative department
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to shape the overall strategic direction of the agency, with a focus on cultivating a bold, future-oriented approach that keeps Noble West at the forefront of sustainability-focused advertising.
Be a key decision-maker in the agency's evolution, ensuring that Noble West’s creative vision is limitless, always exploring new frontiers while delivering exceptional results for clients
Identify new creative and business opportunities, guiding the agency into new markets and ensuring the agency's creative work expands into previously untapped territories.
Prioritization and management of work to approved agency KPI’s, particularly noting gross profit margin (noting a minimum gross profit goal of 20% as a benchmark)
Conduct/adjust income forecasts monthly in collaboration with CEO and finance support team
Budget reviews with finance team on a monthly basis (and more as needed)
Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand and elevate existing client relationships.
Actively participate in new business recruiting and strategic presentation preparation, particularly with ideation of the big ideas and tactical deck development; as well as pitch strategy
Work closely with pitch team on collaborative pitch development; estimate; KPI, profit and staffing forecasting
Develop new leads based on historical and organic professional networks and associations
Cultivate a creative environment where limitless creativity is encouraged, celebrated, and rewarded, enabling the team to take risks and pursue new ideas without fear of failure.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the creative team, nurturing talent, fostering growth, and empowering individuals to think beyond boundaries and contribute to the agency’s visionary creative output.
Encourage ongoing professional development for the creative team, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and are equipped to take on future challenges with a limitless creative mindset.
Work closely with other departments—strategy, operations, finance and client services - to ensure that creative ideas are integrated seamlessly into all aspects of client work.
Actively shape the agency’s culture, ensuring that the focus remains on breaking barriers, challenging conventional thinking, and delivering work that stands out as innovative, meaningful, and transformative.
Creative department and all creative output (for client work and Noble West brand)
Provide executive-level vision, staffing and project oversight to ensure award-winning and category defining work is developed on estimate, fiscal budget and on time.
Active member of new business team with success demonstrated in gross profit margin accomplishments, carrying ⅓ of the new business load as part of the ELT

Required

Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably as a Creative Director or similar position.
Strong portfolio showcasing bold and innovative campaigns that challenge norms.
Experience in integrating emerging technologies and innovative storytelling methods into campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to lead annual goal planning and quarterly performance growth planning.
Experience as a member of an executive leadership team, contributing to strategic direction.
Proven track record in identifying new creative and business opportunities.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to approved agency KPIs, particularly gross profit margin.
Experience in conducting income forecasts and budget reviews in collaboration with finance teams.
Proven ability to drive organic growth and expand existing client relationships.
Experience in new business recruiting and strategic presentation preparation.
Ability to cultivate a creative environment that encourages risk-taking and innovation.
Experience in mentoring and guiding creative teams to foster growth and talent development.
Ability to work closely with other departments to integrate creative ideas into client work.
Demonstrated ability to shape agency culture focused on innovation and transformative work.
Experience in providing executive-level vision, staffing, and project oversight.

Preferred

Experience in the agriculture, food, or wine industries.
Familiarity with sustainability-focused advertising.
Established professional networks and associations in relevant industries.
