Responsibilities

Establish, facilitate, lead and manage change initiatives designed to drive revenue cycle efficiencies and performance improvement.

Responsible for the direction and oversight of multiple departmental units within revenue cycle operations including hospital billing & A/R management, professional billing and A/R management, payment posting, credit balance resolution, self-pay collections and customer service.

Partner closely with senior level leaders across the system for the strategic vision and delivery of back-end revenue cycle initiatives across the organization.

Accountable for system wide back-end revenue cycle programs working across departments and enterprises to build upon existing strategies and designing new initiatives leveraging digital and analytics capabilities to ensure that all operational revenue management functions are aligned and optimized to meet or exceed patient requirements, maximize collections, and minimize cost to collect.
