Responsibilities
Operationalize key projects and activities across the Brand to ensure alignment and integration for achieving key outcomes.
Plan and implement large-scale strategic change initiatives for the Global Brand.
Collaborate closely with the Brand President and key stakeholders on strategy development and assess business context to update the strategy.
Develop governance, manage complex projects, and identify connections across the Brand, Regions, and Functions.
Prioritize short to long term brand priorities, manage workstreams, and lead change management initiatives.
Ensure strategic communications are shared with teams in a timely manner and provide guidance on key strategic messages.
Execute strategies, develop action plans, and achieve goals through influencing stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
Independently plan, organize, set priorities, and deliver activities, aligning strategies and activities.
Make decisions aligning with enterprise strategy, represent the Brand President in key meetings, and prioritize long-term calendar and meetings.
Utilize syndicated data to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required
Minimum 10 years Marketing, Finance or Strategy experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinking and business advisory skills
Financial business acumen is a critical requirement. Understanding ROI, financial levers, and the financial impact of decisions and resources on operational activities is critical in this role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships globally
Excellent organization, presentation and writing skills
Demonstrated success in the leadership of multiple projects that have driven enhanced value via identification of growth initiatives and/or cost efficiencies
Utilize syndicated data where available to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities and / or gaps in our portfolio
