Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (Legal, IT, Infosec, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.) to identify data management needs and requirements.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the DMO function. Regularly report on the effectiveness of data management and governance efforts to the executive sponsor/steering committee and the DMO Council.
