Responsibilities

Foster and manage relationships throughout Delaware to drive growth and improve how we serve the brain injury community.

Establish strategic relationships and develop an effective business plan that enhances how we help others while increasing revenue.

Create a shared vision, recruit and engage volunteers to drive our initiatives forward and promote community growth.

Lead advocacy efforts at the state level, working with stakeholders to increase awareness and inspire positive change.

Ensure the nonprofit meets all annual revenue goals and promote various programs, products, and services to achieve these goals.

Attend webinars, participate in conferences, and negotiate partnership deals to meet corporate fundraising targets.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and senior management to identify new business opportunities and meet the nonprofit's objectives.
