Responsibilities

Leads the day-to-day operations of a larger senior living community, ensuring associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Develops and executes business plans to grow revenue and profitability, works with sales to drive results, and creates an inclusive community culture.

Builds strong working relationships with the management team, empowers department leaders, and ensures appropriate staffing levels and training for associates.

Maintains positive resident relations, oversees healthcare management, and ensures high-quality services and compliance with regulations.

Demonstrates financial acumen to meet or exceed budgeted goals, explores revenue enhancement opportunities, and drives sales and marketing efforts.

Builds positive relationships with local influencers, maintains Company standards for buildings and property, and enforces policies and procedures.

Represents the community and the Company to various groups and agencies, ensuring alignment with the Company's mission.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required

Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience required

Must have a valid administrator license in states where required

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use

Preferred

Additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis

Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred
