Responsibilities
Oversee the operational and service delivery aspects of its mission in a specific territory.
Maintain the quality and effectiveness of all centers in the area.
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Manage the full cycle of human capital activities including recruitment, training, and recognition of staff and volunteers.
Cultivate and manage donor relationships at the local level.
Contribute to fundraising initiatives.
Work closely with the Development team to meet annual fundraising targets.
Lead high-performing teams.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Interact with diverse audiences with integrity and professionalism.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
At least 10 years' work experience in program management and/or fundraising
At least 5 years in a supervisory role
General knowledge of donor cultivation strategies
Ability to deliver compelling cases to stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving results in a collaborative team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Ability to handle confidential information with tact
Proficiency in computer and electronic equipment
Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
Preferred
Experience in a non-profit, military, multicultural, or global organization
