Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee Consortium operations
Build and maintain relationships with member associations and key stakeholders
Prepare budgets, manage finances, and ensure organizational sustainability
Develop and execute advocacy positions and legislative agendas
Lead a remote team and foster a collaborative environment

Required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role
Knowledge of public education and school board operations
Proven skills in strategic planning, fiscal management, and remote team leadership
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Doctorate in Educational Administration or a related field
