Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to effectively manage high-value accounts, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Brandwatch’s solutions.
Build strong relationships with senior executives at major social networks and tech companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Drive retention and expansion strategies across a portfolio of high-spend customers, with a focus on both technology adoption and leveraging professional services. Collaborate closely with dedicated services teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to Brandwatch’s senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving results across key accounts.
Work with your team and the dedicated services teams to address customer-specific challenges and goals, delivering personalized solutions that increase customer value and drive growth.
Oversee contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term account health with high-value customers.
Partner with internal teams such as sales, product, marketing, and engineering to ensure coordinated efforts and seamless execution of account strategies.

Required

8-10 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large, complex, and high-value accounts.
Strong understanding of the social media and technology sectors, particularly with high-profile companies like Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Google.
Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding relationships with high-spend customers that engage deeply with both technology solutions and professional services.
Proven ability to engage with senior executives at the highest levels to influence key decisions and represent Brandwatch’s interests.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring growth in both technology and services utilization.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead through influence.
