Responsibilities
Identify and engage top executive talent for senior leadership positions across various functions
Conduct proactive searches using a variety of methods, including networking, direct outreach, industry events, referrals, and partnerships with executive search firms.
Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand the company’s culture, strategic goals, and specific leadership needs.
Provide guidance and strategic counsel on the recruitment process, including candidate profiles, compensation structures, and market trends.
Source and evaluate high-potential candidates who meet the specific needs of C-suite roles.
Conduct confidential interviews, assess candidates' leadership experience, cultural fit, and ability to drive organizational change and growth.
Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives, understanding their career goals and aspirations.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
Stay informed about trends and developments in the executive talent market, including compensation packages, leadership styles, and organizational structures.
Provide regular updates to leadership on competitive talent trends and emerging industry needs.
Lead negotiations for C-suite compensation packages, ensuring alignment with market trends and the organization’s compensation philosophy.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure that all employment offers are legally compliant and aligned with company policies.
Work closely with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new executives, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and positioned for success.

Required
5 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment in a Health Care
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/HealthCare or related field
Metrics-minded and let the numbers drive your approach
