Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and track progress toward achieving objectives.
Identify new market and customer opportunities and develop plans to capture market share.
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance the sales pipeline.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adapt strategies to address underperformance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address escalations promptly.
Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Develop pricing strategies with finance and positioning tactics to stay competitive.
Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market intelligence.
Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the management of sales budgets and resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company.
Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.
Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in durable medical equipment and supplies
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Requires selling skills
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Team player
Requires analytical / problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Skill in dealing politely, tactfully and firmly with a wide range of people and personalities
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions
Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, coworkers, customers, and others
Ability to manage open requests and follow up, when necessary, without outside direction
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks with individual timeframes and priorities
The ability to generate positive relationships with internal and external business associates as well as foster a team environment through excellent leadership and management skills
The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
This position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment
Must possess familiarity with office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
CRM, Salesforce.com, and/or HubSpot experience is required
