Responsibilities
Oversee brand and communications via the management of Public Relations, Internal/external Communications, Branding, and Social Media
Implement strategies and tactical plans in Public Relations and Social Media to increase the company's share of voice and brand recognition in key markets while protecting and elevating its reputation globally.
Strategies Internal Communications to ensure every employee has a clear understanding of the company’s mission and business goals, to help each employee understand how they contribute to company successes, and to help drive staff retention by increasing employee engagement.
Brand entails branding and design, along with brand-driven marketing and advertising. The brand team's objectives are to create and maintain a strong, recognizable brand through high-quality creative work and effective marketing campaigns.
Ensure team processes are developed to set up all teams for success
Evaluate tools and resources for teams regularly to ensure success
Mentor and nurture brand and communications team members, grooming leaders for and within the organization
Represent the company to media and at other public forums when called upon
Ability to assist the CEO in organizing company events, both external and internal, that help to meet brand and communications objectives
Oversee development and creative implementation of the Company’s annual marketing budget in a fiscally responsible manner
Driven by the strategic framework, set the marketing plan and priorities to enhance the Company’s brand and messaging and to position the Company and its offerings effectively
Lead an integrated approach to brand messaging and customer experience

Proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning
Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment
Willing to challenge that standard thinking with new ideas, approaches & solutions
Strong decision-making skills and determination to see projects through to the end
Self-directed and able to work independently
College Degree in Management or Marketing
Must have at least 15 years of experience in marketing and brand with experience in the Contact Center Industry/B2C companies
