Responsibilities

Support the site identification process by working closely with the VP of Growth and Marketing to qualify buildings for potential new center locations.

Partner with the Director of De Novo Operations to finalize design for all new buildings.

Identify and work with VP of De Novo to select a contractor for each project that fits within budget and scope of project.

Work directly with the general contractors for each project to ensure timely delivery of all work and meet project deadlines.

Participate in retrospective meetings on each new project open to continually work to improve the new center opening process.

Travel on-site when new centers open to facilitate move-in and occupancy walkthrough.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate tasks relevant during the construction period to support new opens (IT; door systems; signage; etc.)

Coordinate directly with all members of the De Novo Team to support meeting organization’s de novo goals.
