Responsibilities
Collaborating with the project management team, business analysts, and clients to design and execute project requirements.
Developing and maintaining Salesforce Experience Cloud Portals, including both declarative and programmatic solutions.
Designing user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX designers to ensure responsive and visually appealing sites.
Building complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and other tools.
Integrating third-party systems via REST APIs and other methods to expand functionality.
Managing deployment tools such as SFDX, Change Sets, ANT, and utilizing version control systems like Git and VS Code.
Understanding and applying Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and licensing for Customer and Partner Communities.
Contributing to the development of technical documentation and delivering knowledge transfer sessions to clients or junior developers.
Review and integrate all application requirements into Architecture design, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs.
Design flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Salesforce to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on Service Cloud.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Case Management System on Service Cloud and address business requirements effectively.
Providing technical support on Service Cloud related issues, ensuring smooth operation of the platform and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
Configure best practices as a Service Cloud Developer to address business requirements, workflows & approvals, and related processes including system areas like email-to-case, web-to-case, Knowledge Base, escalations and support surveys.
Experience in customizing Service Cloud to meet specific use cases, including the use of high-quality source code practices, validation testing, end user testing, and complete documentation.
Experience designing Salesforce integrations with different systems utilizing Web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (i.e. MuleSoft).
Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies.

Required
Foundational Salesforce knowledge, hands-on Experience Cloud exposure, and eagerness to develop technical skills further.
At least 3 years of Salesforce Development experience with a focus on Experience Cloud.
Extensive Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise, demonstrated leadership in complex projects, and mentoring junior team members.
Experience working on Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other declarative and programmatic development tasks.
Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
U.S. citizenship required (supporting federal government agencies).
Ability to clear a Public Trust clearance (required to begin work).
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Certified Application Developer.
Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain relevant Salesforce certifications.
Preferred
Experience with Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies.
Additional certifications are a bonus for senior candidates.
