Responsibilities

Design and execute quantitative and qualitative experience research projects from inception to completion

Set research scope appropriately and integrate into the broader context of the research plan

Have an expert level understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and recommend appropriate research strategy

Conduct stakeholder interviews and engagement

Produce research artifacts including personas, task analysis, paint point documentation, workflows, and journey/service maps

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver & communicate relevant research findings that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders

Required

Masters in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other related field(s) or equivalent practical experience

10 + years of experience in Experience Research field

Specializes in multiple quantitative and qualitative UX research methods

Ability to collaborate and work across teams

Superb interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

Entrepreneurial spirit, independent and self-motivated, and results-oriented

Preferred

Strong leadership in the integration of experience research into product designs and design practices

Strong data analysis and experimental design skills

Expert understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process

Strong demonstration of driving impact through research
