Responsibilities

Required
Board Certified Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Primary Care (Family Medicine) or Urgent Care
Strong virtual presence and solution-oriented mindset
Passion for innovation and thinking outside the box
Preferred
Experience in a virtual care setting
Familiarity with digital diagnostics and telehealth technologies
Additional certifications in relevant healthcare specialties
